The spikes do work and there are some on Amazon that could attach to your

Chandelier. The only downside is that you would seen them on your chandelier. I’ve definitely had success with the spikes though.

Owls don't work long term unless they are frequently moved. After 2-4 days of being stationary birds visual field adjust
