He has talent, but so do a LOT of HS QB's given the competition.
I do think watching him, he could be developed, more as a receiver or RB. His arm seems accurate but not very strong. His head is what stood out to me. I think he's a really smart player. I'd bet based on his decision making abilities that he has a good GPA.
