I think we're mostly in agreement. As I said, Zach is better equipped to have a solid NFL career, and fingers are
crossed he lands with a solid organization, not a dumpster fire that could get him injured or not realize his full potential. I will definitely follow him closely, cheer for him, and hope he has a solid and productive career. That being said the OP was asking about "emotional investment" and why. My post was to state that while I'm a solid fan of both Zach and Taysom, I'm more emotionally invested in Taysom for all the reasons I listed above. I'm sure others have their own viewpoint and varying levels of fandom and emotional investment.
