Man I just called 2 restoration companies and a flooring guy I work with and
they told me that tile is going for about 6-8 a foot to install. They suggested looking into LVP if that cost is too high. They all told me it used to be 2-3 a foot but since the building craze and pandemic it is out of control.

That is pretty high for install IMO. At least here in Las Vegas. I have easily hired contractors to do similar work for
