I like this comparison a lot.
If I had to guess, Wilson is a little more agile, but Stafford is probably stronger (not necessarily arm strength, but physically stronger). Aside from that, they're really similar. Stafford's been really solid, and if he wasn't in Detroit, we'd hear a lot more about him. If Wilson can play like him in the NFL, that'd be awesome.
