According to this I'm borderline overweight. 30 pull-ups and working out 6-7
days a week says otherwise. I've never liked BMI since it doesn't account for muscle mass. I'm probably not running any PR marathons at my current body type but could easily train for a sub 1:35 half at or near my current weight.
