my first one to help us get into our first house.
-she said 'I thought you said you never wanted a brand new bike again because it loses value so fast'
so I looked around and found a used bike I wanted and brought it home to show her during a test drive.
-she said 'It looks nice, but I don't have any time to talk with the bank'
so I went to the Credit Union was approved for a good loan, I called her and let her know what the payment would be
-she said 'I'm not sure, do what you think is best'
so I bought the bike and rode it home from work and asked her if she wanted to go for a ride
-she looked at me and said 'I thought I told you not to buy that thing three different times!'
I told her that I understood she encouraged me to buy it Three Separate times! She then said in clear words that ,even a man, could understand, 'if you sell it, don't think you can ever buy another one'
20 years later and I still have it. It was red...I couldn't stand that color and had to paint it royal blue. Still a great decision to get the bike....and the wife!
