For much of his career he mailed it in during the offseason.
He shoulda been an undisputable top-10. He was NOT that.
And because he was NOT that, he's the LAST guy who should be calling out a 6-foot-nothing kid for not being a complete enough NBA player.

Truth is, if Donovan --with his God-given stuff-- had approached the game the way Shaq did — he never woulda taken his game to the upper levels of college ball, let alone the pros.
