I can read. Yes our society doesn’t exercise even close to as much as is needed
& we eat horrible diets. I went to the gym regularly before COVID now I workout at home. But to act as if the gym isn’t infested with bacteria & germs is laughable.
In medical school one of our projects we chose to do for Immunology was taking surfaces samples and delivering them to our clinic to have the samples grown. It was amazing what we found (One sample was from the gym).
