Another vote for Justin Sandercoe - also Andy Crowley (andyguitar.co.uk)...

Both Justin and Andy are great teachers and offer pretty extensive/comprehensive lessons for free, with the option to extend your learning with paid resources.

As someone who started on your same path a couple years ago, I've found these guys to be fantastic. Probably give a slight nod to Justin for the structure in his beginner lessons (things like one-minute changes for chords and ear training). They both get you actually playing songs very-early, which for me was huge.

I've tended to use these two for the core of my learning, but there are so many other great YT resources I'll use as well - Marty Schwartz and Paul Davids (also noted by others above) are two of these. If you want a few artists for a little inspiration, check out Josh Turner Guitar, Mary Spender, and Justin Johnson (if you like blues, this guy is ridiculously good).
