You are a doctor and you don’t influence or overcome those barriers to vaccinations or any of that. So at the level of influence you are operating at really you are scolding someone you think did a stupid thing or didn’t do a smart thing. Really unless you are starting a campaign or a PSA you are just saying “I can’t believe you had a chance to not be here but here you are” do you ask heart attack patients why they eat at McDonald’s so much? Take the advice and don’t be that guy is all we are saying.
