exactly, most savvy buyers (based on research not experience) will buy back in at the point they think it is bottoming

out, because usually there is a little bump after a sell off and they can dump it again for a tidy short term gain.

They won’t. They will bid the price as low as they can and they feel the stock is worth. That’s why when it’s falling
