Had a heart attack at 52 while in the woods with an 80 pound rucksack. Had a quadruple bypass. Did not even know I had an issue. Blood pressure, Cholesterol etc were all in normal range (high end but normal). I did have a grandfather die of a heart attack at 50 so that should have been a clue. Since then I have been diving into lipidology and insulin resistance. Working with doctors who can sculpt a diet and meds specifically for my system.
