I saw it in an advertisement a few years ago.
But all you have to do is look at the ingredients and nutrition facts for both brands' vanilla ice cream. Cream is the first ingredient for Tillamook and the second ingredient for Blue Bell, which makes sense since the fat content is much higher for Tillamook.

I was mistaken on the skim milk content though. Blue Bell has more skim milk than Tillamook, and Tillamook adds more sugar (though over all carb content is the same); Blue Bell adds salt, making their sodium content much higher; whereas Tillamook does not.

If you notice, Blue Bell calls it "Vanilla Flavored Ice Cream". They can't call it vanilla ice cream because they use artificial vanilla flavoring. Tillamook uses natural vanilla, so they can truly call theirs "Vanilla Ice Cream".

Don't get me wrong, Blue Bell makes good ice cream for a supermarket, but they're just a better than average store brand.

Probably way more info than you cared for, but there it is.
