Going to local grocery stores is a good way to get a taste of local flavor and
Not blow out your budget especially with kids (especially in Europe)
If you're in a cheap place go ahead and eat out every meal - but if is 35 bucks a plate for low quality places you can get a good taste of local foods and maybe eat out once a day.
