Majora's Mask gets my vote, simply because it's small yet so packed with content
but not too much that it's overwhelming. Also, the story isn't as present. Instead, it's the story of helping the people of Termina with their personal (sometimes literal) demons. And that is what Link is supposed to represent: hope.
Oh, and the music is fantastic.
