It's fine to be small as an NFL QB, but only if
you have other compensating skills that are in the "freaky" category.

Kyler Murray is freaky quick and coordinated.

Lamar Jackson is freaky explosive.

Russell Wilson has a freaky good feel for the game.

Drew Brees is freaky accurate.

Zach Wilson isn't as small as those guys so he doesn't need to have quite the compensating skills, but I think when people are pointing out that he's not very big, what they mean is that in order to be a great NFL QB at a smaller size you've gotta have some really unique compensating skills. And I think most people realize that Zach Wilson just might have those skills.
