By "this year" do you mean 2020?
Tax year 2021 would not be making tax elections yet.
You cannot list on schedule A as a medical expense any item that is reimbursed by an HSA. Or, to put in another way, any item reimbursed by an HSA cannot be listed as a medical expense on schedule A.
