Not enough info...
How many years (or months) into your career are you?

What is your income now and earning potential in the short and long term?

What is your total debt?

What is your family situation? Single, married no kids, married multiple kids?

What is your housing situation? Rent? Mortgage? living with parents?

What is your other option outside of your current occupation and earning potential with the other option?

I think you have to take into account each and all of those factors to make an educated decision. You can't spend the rest of your life doing something you hate, but you do have an obligation to pay back your debts and take care of your family, no matter how much you like or hate your job. If you can be happy and take care of your family and pay off your debts by doing something other than what you're doing now, then by all means look for something different. Life's too short to be stuck doing something you hate. But, it sucks to feel like you aren't providing for your family and struggling to make ends meet when you have an option to be financially stable.
