No one can deny that Pope has built teams far above their expectations.
He is a great motivator and a media darling. His near-term goal is to be compared favorably against Mark Few.
IMO, mission accomplished. He's ready for something bigger, but will likely wait for a premium slot. He's not gonna take a middling Power-5 job for the money.
