our first home was 1800 and it was fine, our second home was double 3,600
Our first home home had a nice large gated yard.
Our second home had a larger yard unfortunately I couldn't afford a fence till this year. We are empty nesters but its nice to have so when the grand kids come (one day) they can run around safely and discreetly from prying eyes. Plus I can get a dog again!
