Utah has
Devin Lloyd (2020 2nd team All-American) who turned down the NFL, is returning for another year and who PFF graded as the #2 LB in the PAC 12
Nephi Sewell (brother of Penei and all-around athlete) who was graded as the #5 LB in the PAC12 in his first season playing LB (converted from safety)
And then they also signed Ethan Calvert (another conversion from safety) who ranked as the #4 ILB recruit in the country (#77 overall)
and Mason Tufaga, who (while not quite as highly rated as Calvert) is a 4-star ILB and a top 300 recruit this last cycle.
Just an odd choice for both Kaho and for Utah considering that they only play two linebackers a lot of the time and that it's probably already their strongest and deepest position.
