is really a thing of beauty. He's not the most dynamic shooter, but he knows how to use a screen very well — so with his his quick, high release he should be able to get that thing off on just about anyone — as he's proven in other games this year.

Having his confidence & game up makes our Tourney prospects looking very good. Together with ball security, shooting consistency has been the area our team has underperformed much of the year. We have the shooters on this team, but often times they just haven't gotten it done for whatever reason.

Nice to see Gideon scoring so well within the system too. His finishing at the basket was quite terrible — but we want him to take those chances at this point, I think — cuz it's certainly within his ability to clean that part of his game up. But his long ball is definitely something we want him feeling confident in, too. He's a legit shooter.
