This has nothing to do with race and everything to do with improving recruiting and development on the offensive side. Nothing against Guy, seems like a class act. I think he's old school in his approach and it wasn't as effective in recruiting kids these days. Not that Utah will ever be a destination for highly touted receivers, but you have to improve when you can or you will be left behind.
