Didn't mean to imply Hall would be chosen simply based off of seniority - agree that's a terrible metric.

More, I was saying that because of his seniority and experience, he'll have certain advantages and experiences that will give him advantages in a fair competition and will (in my opinion) push him just ahead of Conover. It won't be DIRECTLY because he has more time in the program, but there will be skills/leadership that he'll have as a result of being around longer and those will make the difference.
