We bought an old house in Provo by BYU this summer for $440k it’s 2900 sqft
Sq footage includes a separate city permitted basement apartment suite. Sits on 1/3 of an acre with a back yard and detached garage.
My wife says based on comps in the area she thinks it might be worth $590k now. Is that even possible? It’s an older home built in the 50s but has been well kept and upgraded.
That seems like she’s overestimating somewhere. No?
