about 15 years ago for $269k. It was listed for $525k and then updated a day later with the multiple offer notice--I'm guessing it went for close to $575k. Painful. Loved that house, but wasn't making a ton of money and didn't think I could hang onto it and the $1,200 /mth payment when I moved out of state. Dang, sure wish I figured out a way.
