Your facts look good and I accept most of them. However, unless the boys at 1280 the Zone were up in the night, Guy Holiday was poached from BYU. He left for more money and to coach in the PAC 12. Here's my reasoning. Guy is a non-LDS minority coach who had bought into what BYU's whole message was about. If you ever get a chance find some of Guy's old interviews he did for radio or the news papers when he coached WR at BYU. He was a solid coach. Why would Kalani let a non-member minority couch with ties to Texas recruiting go for Ben Cahoon who had already been let go by Robert Anae in 2013. Guy Holiday left and they reached out to Ben Cahoon because he was alumni and was a cheep hire. I am sure Ben is a good and faithful man but he was not a Kalani guy to my understanding. Ben Cahoon was a BYU administration hire.
