Let's start with my comment of 'little bit'. I haven't really seen that much of
TL, so I know I am not qualified to say one way or the other. BUT...(and it's been weeks) having seen some of TLs 'highlight' throws, his guys are often wide open - regardless of supposed NFL-level talent or not. So ZW and TL can both hit the wide-open throws. Talent level of the DBs is a non-factor in those throws.

But the tight-window throws that ZW can make don't look much different to me than anything TL can do. They can both put the ball right where it needs to go. ZW can do it on the move, too.

So yeah, I don't put much stock in the talent-level argument in this scenario. If you're talking an OL vs a lower-tier DL like we saw most of the season for BYU, then I'd be more on the train with talent level argument.

With the QB scenario, no. I don't buy it. I would agree that the competition ZW played against wasn't the same as TL. But I don't think it is a factor in talent level/ability to succeed in the NFL.
