PSA just doubled fees and is looking at 8-12 month backlog. A PSA 10 is all that
matters. PSA 10 Donovan rookie is going for 600, the 9 is going for like 190. And 8 is just as good as raw, unless it’s really old vintage stuff (not 80s vintage but like 50s-70s).
Rookies are almost always all that matters. So your mid tier guys better be rookies and better be PSA 10. Remember, 99.9% of your (and everyone else’s) 80-90’s collection is worthless due to the overproduction of the card companies.
