and make sure your card will at least get an 8 grade. You can generally sell raw cards that look good at around the 8 value on ebay. Keep in mind that PSA is a little bit corrupt on giving out 10s on the higher end cards. They grade the higher end cards harder to keep scarcity of 10s. You sometimes can submit the same card 5 times and eventually a grader will give you a 10. As was mentioned, expect a long wait for the lower end cards. The cards with the highest fees will process much quicker. I got a card back in a week that had a $200 grading fee as an example.
