YouTube videos, reading the news, chatting it up with other employees at the water cooler, calling friends too often, taking long lunches. I could go on. But we all do it in less physical/tangible ways I think.

But we justify it because we are salaried, or we add enough value to make up the difference.

Side note - I am not bashing those practices only pointing out this is done in less obvious ways.
