Because the schedule was garbage this year. You guys seem to forget that the year before some questioned whether he was the man going forward. He doesn't have a great record against better competition and it's difficult to make that evaluation against South Alabama. Sure he throws a nice ball no doubt, but the speed will be entirely different than what he saw this year. Honestly, I have my doubts, but we'll find out soon enough.

It was a great decision for him to come to BYU. Not that we wouldn't want him at Utah, but he most likely wouldn't have beat out Huntley and wouldn't have got his shot until his Junior year. BYU gave him the chance to play earlier and grow from experience and it obviously worked out fantastic for him.

I wish the kid the best and I'll be anxious to see how he does in the NFL, but just like the rest of your team this year, it would have been nice to see better competition to really make an evaluation.
