Obviously the talent matters and teams with more 4 and 5 stars will be better.

There’s a reason 4 and 5 star players are 4 and 5 stars. That doesn’t mean just cause someone is a 4 star they automatically walk in the best QB on the roster. Wilson was a 3 star. Mangum was a high 4 star. Positions are earned not given. That is if you want a winning program
