The best tacos al pastor are at a place cal Los Tarascos. There are a few around the city and they are all fantastic.

The best chicken I’ve ever eaten is a little hole in the wall place named Juanitos. They open at like 11am and are only open until their chicken is sold which is usually around 3.

I’ve heard good things about the Riu Hotel. But don’t know too much about hotels.

Friends of mine loved taking the Jose Cuervo Express train ride out to Tequila. I loved visiting Tlaquepaque and Tonola for all sorts of Mexican nick nacks.

Oh, and the Guadalajara zoo is my favorite zoo.
