Here’s some details. I have a big write up about it but hesitate to post.
Not sure if there are charges being pressed against the driver of the van or not and don’t want to incriminate anyone. Insurance has been a nightmare to deal with in all of this. Trying to get a payout to fix my car as there are thousands worth of damage. I drive a convertible and almost had the top down that day, if so my girlfriend and I would’ve had Shawn come crashing down on us with his bike instead of over the car. Crazy situation all around
