My 15-year-old freshman has had 2 HS soccer games. He and one other kid on the team have so much more skill and endurance than everyone else on the team. No idea how the 2 of them are not on JV. A couple of these kids can barely sustain a run up the field.

I was happy just to see him play in his first game last week, but after yesterday's game, I am not sure I can even watch going forward. The team is so bad. Of course, I will go to every game to support him but he got the short end of the stick in tryouts.

He is trying to keep a good attitude and I applaud him.
