facility stand point. As other's have said, it'll host national and world track and field meets. The stadium has large sections of season ticket holders. There will be plenty of demand and opportunity to make revenue off of a facility that someone donated money for. Go try and by tickets to the US Olympic Trials. They had a wait list for it in 2019. They'll fill seats with regularity.
