It could have been if it would have been set up or expounded upon after. It was so random it took everyone out of the

movie. All they had to do was have a moment of Bruce walking down the street and someone yelling Martha stopping him in his tracks; setting up this moment. It would have been perfect if it happened during the Superman and Zoe fight scene, but, they screwed it up.
