In the location I grew up in nearly all kids were bullied.to some extend. I

was bullied and was taught how to bully. As I got older I applied some of the bully tactics in learned. Not one bit proud of it and very repentant. I must say two of my four children were never spanked. This is some indication of my current attitude on bullying.
