I've got a good amount of equity in my home right now. We owe about 260k on it right now, and if I tried to sell it, I could probably get close to 500k for it now. I'd like more to work with, so my wife and I are working on saving for additional down payment. We'll see what happens in the meantime in the next year or 2.
