favorite things is how people in the south are mocked by people who have never lived here. That is fine with us it keeps away the people we don't want here anyway.

We get people from the west coast and north east that move to the south and they can't believe how nice of a place it is to raise kids and live here.

Especially how nice the people are to them. Had one guy from NY city say that where he lived everyone always had some "angle" as he put it and you had to always watch your back when meeting anyone new. We he came to the south he couldn't believe how nice and trusting everyone was.

Now that's not to say that some people in the south don't have ulterior motives but he said it's no where near what it is like where he lived in NY city.

Just one example. Also this is not to say that others that move to the south don't have a different experience. Just saying I've met many that move here and love it so much they will never move back to where ever they came from.
