POLL: Is it reasonable that an employer can be sued (and lose) from a case like this?
For the sake of this poll let's assume 4 things.

1. Reid was drinking at work.
2. The Chiefs didn't know he was drinking at work.
3. The Chiefs have a strict policy against drinking at work.
4. Reid was driving home.
