That's not good for the chiefs. BAL was .11-- so legally drunk. Travels a quarter mile and crashes into another car.

I would have to imagine it's going to test the boundaries of Missouri's dram shop law and coming and going exceptions for work.

Will be interesting to see what Chiefs employees knew he drunk at the facility, who provided alcohol and who saw him before he hit the road.

If the Chiefs stocked a fridge with some beer and it was usual for the staff to have a beer or two at the facility, they may find themselves on the hook for this.
