It's always fun to see the big dogs fall, but at least Bayern builds/funds their team the right way. PSG is almost the exact opposite. They are owned by a Gulf state, and they've basically had to buy their way to the top--just like Manchester City. They've also managed to stay one step ahead of the FIFA financial fair play rules--even though they've had some clear infractions. The strategy appears to be working, but they definitely did it the easy way. Plus, I have a hard time supporting these owners/nation-states that hide behind the slick veneer of huge petro-fortunes, but in reality have some pretty scummy things happening behind the scenes.
