This take doesn't seem to be based on facts
How have Bayern built its team "the right way?" Bayern have vastly outspent their domestic rivals and in many cases straight up poached their best talent. Sans Julian Draxler to Wolfsberg, if you go down the top transfer fees paid in the Bundesliga, Bayern holds them all. Bayern paid $88 million for a leftback! Manchester City's record transfer fee is less than that for Kevin freaking De Bruyne!

The argument that Bayern have not "bought their way to the top" just doesn't hold water when it comes to their transfer spending and clubs like Bayern (Real Madrid, Barcelona, United, et al) have been just as liable (if not more-so) than clubs like City and PSG for inflating transfer fees as they have been doing it for decades whereas clubs like City and PSG have to do it in order to catch up and become competitive at the top.

The fact that PSG and City had to spend such huge sums of money to even be competitive with the established elite just speaks to how unfair and corrupt the system was/is. Financial Fair Play was just a tool used by the established elite to keep the nouveau riche from doing exactly what the established top clubs had been doing for decades.

What is wrong with money injected into a club being from a "Gulf state" as opposed to massive debt such as United or inflated deals such as when Adidas invested in Bayern in 2001 or Audi in 2009, or Allianz in 2014? There was plenty of evidence to suggest these deals were inflated just like PSG's or City's deals were. Why are Bayern's potentially inflated investment dollars greener than PSGs or City's? This is just the propaganda these big clubs want the public to believe because their cushy place at the top is being threatened by clubs such as PSG and City and they will do anything to keep them from disrupting a system that caters to the elite.
