Bayern doesn't spend close to as much as other big clubs on transfers and player
PSG and MC in particular spend way more. I'm not saying I blame them, but it is a fact that Bayern doesn't just go buy top talent compared to UEFA elite. Sure they outspend other Bundesliga teams, but not compared to other UCL elites.
