If by "best decision" you mean more money and prestige, I disagree.

At least I disagree so long as he is already very well compensated. But I don't think you necessarily need to afford and have a 20,000 sq. ft. house versus a 10,000 sq. ft. house when you can have that at BYU. Get BYU to the final four a couple of times before you decide you're not being adequately compensated.
