The issue in my mind, it would be leaving an already elite level of compensation for even more but changing things dramatically for my family to go to a program that I perceive pretty corrupt, or badly led.....and with, as you noted, a sort of crazy alumni base. I’m just slightly younger than Pope and I’m not leaving my great situation for more money but a lot of other headaches.
