I agree with that. If I'm a recruit that is a big red flag for me personally. I

had a VP at a company once heavily recruit me and tell me how amazing the company was and the places it was going. Then all a sudden he tells me he accepted a new job at another company. That was a major red flag for me and I stopped the interview process immediately.
